As with most medical procedures, it is very important to follow the instruction for preparing your body for the test. This allows for best results, with the least amount of discomfort possible.

You must have the Hospital/Endoscopy Registration form completed when you arrive at the Center for your procedure. Please print out the form and bring it with you to your appointment.
